Sometimes the patterns are obvious — you can see them, name them, maybe even trace them back to where they started. And they still don't change. Sometimes they're harder to see: you just know that something keeps getting in the way of how you want to feel, relate, or show up.
Either way, that's where this work begins.
I specialize in helping adults get underneath the patterns — not just understand them, but actually shift them. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the thoughts and behaviors that keep symptoms in place, and integrates EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to reach what insight and willpower alone often can't. I'm also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and I draw on evidence-based strategies to help retrain the nervous system's response to stress — so that fight, flight, or freeze no longer runs the show.
This isn't about managing symptoms. It's about understanding what's actually driving them — and doing the kind of work that creates change that lasts.
