I consider it a privilege to work with each of my clients. My approach is collaborative, grounded in respect for your unique story, and shaped by both clinical insight and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of your distress and begin shifting the patterns—both emotional and cognitive—that are no longer serving you.
I specialize in helping adults change internal narratives that contribute to chronic anxiety, depressed mood, shame, and difficulties with connection and trust. When these issues stem from past trauma or attachment wounds, I integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to support deeper healing. These approaches are especially helpful when insight alone hasn’t brought relief.
As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I also draw on evidence-based strategies to help retrain the nervous system’s response to stress—so that fight, flight, or freeze no longer runs the show.
I provide individual therapy and work exclusively with adults (18+).

Monday 10am-5pm.
Tuesday 10am-5pm.
Thursday 10am - 5pm.
Friday. 10am-4pm.
